How To Maintain Straight Natural Hair When Workout Out

When I straightened my hair this time, I tried to come up with some new ways to care for it while maintaining a consistent workout routine.  Here are a few conditioning hair care solutions to proceed your hair looking fab while staying fit.

Conditioning Hair Intendance Solution #1: Wrapping

Generally wrap my hair going to the right. I don't know why, it just seems to lay down improve that way. I wrap my hair around my caput using the paddle brush and securing it with bobby pins as I go.

Hot huh? And then I put on my blackness scarf and workout.

I let is air dry so I take it down and style information technology.

Conditioning Pilus Care Solution #two: Pin Curls

I use bobby pins, a brush and a little argon oil to pin gyre it in big chunks.

Then, I wrap my silk scarf over it and conditioning, let it dry completely and so take information technology downwards.

Workout Hair Care Solution #3: Wigs

I know Alex and I talk about wigs all of the fourth dimension, but these babies come in handy! In add-on to my curly wig, I have a directly i that I like to wear when I have my hair pressed. I normally clothing it afterwards later my press starts frizzing. This way I get the straight pilus wait without fussing with my hair! Plus its super piece of cake to throw on and await presentable right after a hard workout.

This is a synthetic half wig I ordered online for only $20. I cant remember than brand though!

I split the part of my hair that's going to be outside of the wig…

Then I pull upward the back and pin information technology down.

So I throw the wig on and arrange my pilus in the front. Nail! Instant, tamed hair in 2 minutes.

Here is a shot of the back, its cut even just its really hard to take a shot of the back of your pilus by yourself…..

Workout Hair Care Solution #4: French Braids

I experimented with putting my hair in french braids before I worked out and then took them downwards later on. This one is a little catchy. Y'all need to leave in the braids for a while and use a trivial product to get the braided look to hold after you lot take it downwards. I would recommend doing this one of the last days y'all vesture your printing because you take to utilise a lot of product to get the waves to stay put!

I separated my hair into 3 big braids.

They are janky…only oh well….

And then I took them downwardly and arranged my pilus.

*Tip* The longer you lot get out the braids in, the better your style will look.

Workout Hair Intendance Solution #v: Bun

This is always a cracking alternative. The fundamental is to use a little oil and twist it around as you put it in a bun that way it looks nice when y'all have it downwardly.

Pull it upward in a ponytail and twist it effectually similar and so. Then use some bobby pins to adjust it in a cute bun.

Encompass the Poof

I hate to say it but the longer you want to go along your press, the poofier your pilus is going to go. Merely the thing is you have NATURAL pilus, and then its going to be poofy regardless. So stop trying to make your hair be something its not and encompass what it does….
